EXCHANGES:
At The Hustle Wig, your satisfaction is our priority. If the color, size, or length of the wig isn't right for you, you can exchange it within a 10-day eligibility period. Day one starts from when your package is delivered. To qualify, the wig must be in pristine, unworn condition with the original tag intact. After the 10-day period the wig becomes final sale. Great news! Your first exchange is on us, and there won't be any additional charges. However, for any subsequent exchanges, there will be a calculated shipping fee each way.
Hats and Accessories: Our hats and accessories adhere to the same exchange policy as our wigs.

RETURNS:
At The Hustle Wig, your satisfaction matters most. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a refund within 10 days of receiving the wig. Day one starts from when the wig is delivered. To be eligible, the wig must have its original tag and be in unworn, perfect condition. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned wig. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning 2+ wigs, then a $15 per wig return handling fee will be deducted from your refund as well. After the 10-day period, all sales become final. Hats and Accessories: Our hats and accessories follow the same return policy as our wigs. However, there is only a return shipping fee.

STORE CREDIT:
You may send back your item for full store credit. You will receive a gift card to your email with your credit amount.
