Please Note: Processing times may take a few extra days during sale and holiday periods.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
If you refuse to pay the customs fees, we will not be able to refund your order unless the wig returns to our warehouse. In the event that it does get redelivered back to us, we can refund the order minus $75 to recoup the expenses.
U.S. SHIPPING:
We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $100. Please refer to each product to see estimated processing time before shipping. For timely delivery, we recommend ordering in advance, especially if you have upcoming travel plans. Within the U.S, shipping typically takes 3-10 days from the date of shipment. We regretfully cannot take responsibility for delays caused by shipping couriers. Upon shipping your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you didn’t receive an email with your tracking information that means the order wasn’t shipped out yet.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, the carrier will usually take the package to a designated pick-up location for your convenience. To avoid any issues, we advise tracking your order using the provided tracking number to see if you missed an attempted delivery.
